Victoria Renshikan Karate Club works in partnership with Saanich Commonwealth Place, Vic West Community Centre, Lux Mundi Club at Christ Church Cathedral School and Caboose Club at Cordova Bay Elementary School. For this reason, fees and registration are divided in several formats:

 Club Registration

1. Yellow Belts and Higher Ranks (Child & Adult) @ Saanich Commonwealth Place

By submitting the registration form, you agree to Victoria Renshikan Karate Terms and Policy.
Think green.....Please do not print out the form unless, you need one for your records.

Fees for ranks of yellow belt and above are set by the club and depend on your training schedule.
A test/belt fee also applies when students are graded to a higher rank/belt (view Rank Requirements for more information).

In addition to registering with the club, all yellow belts and higher ranks must also register with the Provincial, National and International bodies of karate (Karate BC; N.K.A.; Renshikan Karate-Do International) that the club is affiliated with. Included with this fee, is limited dental and liability insurance coverage. Fees are collected by the club and forwarded to them to ensure international recognition of your rank.

3. Caboose Club @ Cordova Bay Elementary School

All Ranks -Beginner and Advanced

All ranks, at Lux Mundi program and Caboose Club program, register with and make payment directly to the club.

A Certificate/Belt fee also applies when students are graded to a higher rank/belt (view Rank Requirements for more information).

We offer family discount -where more than two members of the same family register with the club. Please ask.

In addition, while registered through the centre, if you (your child) were in the "Life Program", we will be more than pleased to continue with it -while registered with the club program. Please ask sensei.

As always, if needed, any payment to the club can be divided into two equal payments -up to four weeks apart- by post dated cheques -with the first being due at the start of the session.

 Club Application
For Students registered at Saanich C. Place

Beginners, white belts and white belts with stripes register and make payment to Saanich Recreation. All other belts register and make payment to Victoria Renshikan Karate.

 N.K.A. Fees

All ranks above white belt must register their rank for international recognition. This is an annual fee that is paid to Victoria Renishikan and forwarded on your behalf.

Full year fee is from September 01 to August 31

Yearly fee

15 yrs & under: $75.00
16 yrs & up: $95.00
All black belts: $115.00

From April 01 to August 31 the fee is pro-rated to half.
