WARNING! Limit of Liability Payment Refunds Privacy |

WARNING! Due to the nature of the art, during the course of training and or competition, a certain amount of physical contact will occur with other participants and/or instructors. Although the safety and well being of each and every participant is always paramount with us, you should be aware of the possibility of injury. At any time, should the participant believe that a particular exercise and/or technique would cause an injury to himself/herself or other participants, he/she should stop at once and notify the instructor immediately.

Safety and Acknowledgement of Risk The responsibility for sport safety must be shared by all. I, the indicated individual or legal parent/guardian, am aware that there is a certain risk of injury involved in my own or my child's participation in sport, either while travelling to or from the event; or while attending or participating in the programs or activities of the events which are sanctioned/approved by the Club. It is understood by me that the electronic signing of this document is intended to indicate that on behalf of myself and/or my child I assume the shared responsibility and acknowledge the risk of injury by so participating.

Payment
Payment, in full, by cash or cheque at class. --By credit card and debit card, through paypal-- By E-transfer through your bank- is due prior to the start of the session. Alternate payment arrangements may be made with Sensei.

Refunds
Victoria Renshikan Karate will give full refund (Minus $20.00 administration fee), of session fees collected, if requested within two weeks from the advertised sheduled start of the session. - After two weeks, following the first day of the session, no refund of term fees, will be issued -regardless of the number of classes attended during this period. There will be no refund on NKA fees or grading/testing fees.

Privacy
Victoria Renshikan Karate is committed to protecting the privacy of our members' personal information. The purpose of this policy is to inform you of Victoria Renshikan Karate information practices related to the personal information that you provide to us when completing a club's registration form. As required by our affiliated organizations policy and by-laws (Karate BC, National Karate Association, Renshikan Karate Do International), Victoria Renshikan Karate shares the following member's information with the same (but only if you register with these affiliates); First and last name, full address (including postal code), birth date, gender and rank. In addition, we limit access to your Information to only those instructors who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide safe instruction, to the applicant, or to do their jobs. Other than the above named organizations, Victoria Renshikan Karate will not disclose member's information to anyone else. Victoria Renshikan Karate does not share, sell, or make available member's e-mail address to anyone other than club's principal instructors.
