Knuckle pads, mouth guard (upper only), groin protector (for males only). Shin pads are mandatory at Provincial and higher levels of competition and optional at local tournaments.

Karate Gi

The basic light weight (8 oz) karate gis are a cotton/poly blend with an elastic drawstring pant. A white belt is included with all uniforms.. $50.00 to $65.00

In addition, we can supply middle weight (10 oz) and heavy weight (12 to 14 oz) uniforms. $70.00 to $100.00

We can also supply high end (better fabrics and stitching) karate gis. Please ask for availability. $120.00 to $300.00

Shin Pads with removable foot

Approved for competition.
Available in red or blue colour
Available sizes:
Measure from the top of the instep to the bottom of the knee cap -then, subtract one inch (to allow fit for foot pad). Knee cap should not be covered with pads.

Shin Pads sizing

While standing, measure from the bottom of the knee cap (knee cap should not be covered with pads) to half inch higher than the top of the instep -to allow movement at the ankle.

A bit shorter is better than a bit longer.
In the measuraments below, the half inch has been deducted. For example, a shin lenght of 15" (from bottom of knee to top of instep) would require a LG pad.

Xlg - Covers a shin 15" or longer
LG - Covers a shin 13" to14"
M - Covers a shin 12" to13"
SM - Covers a shin 11" to12"
XSM - Covers a shin 10" to 11"
