WOW! - What a weekend. If you were not able to make it to the tournament, you missed some great performances by our members. Time and again, we were pleasantly surprised by the exciting execution in both kata and kumite. And, although we once again brought home a wheelbarrow full of medals, as I've mentioned before, medal standings do not always tell the whole story.

Some great performances were executed, even though no medal was won. Luck of the draw, at times, made it almost impossible to reach the top three spots. A point-in-case was the white/yellow/orange, 6 & 7 year old, youth group. Although our members won first, second and third, it was extremely difficult for our newer yellow/white belts that competed in the same rink to have placed in the top spots. None the less, they performed extremely well and, in my eyes, should be very, very proud.

As you will see from the results, a few of our members pulled-off quite a feat by winning multiple medals in multiple divisions; including divisions above their attained age/rank.

Wow! Congratulations to one and all for giving it your best!
